How to report an issue

Email info@zelosecurity.co.uk with the subject “Website security report”. Include the affected page, a description of the issue and steps to reproduce it.

Please leave out passwords, access tokens and personal data. If your report needs sensitive evidence, ask us to agree a suitable way to share it.

Responsible testing

Avoid accessing anyone else's information, disrupting services or making excessive automated requests. This reporting route does not authorise penetration testing or testing of third-party systems.

What happens next

We will assess the report and coordinate any necessary remediation. Please keep the details private while the issue is being investigated and addressed.
